Domestic Shipping

All orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class with tracking.  

Other methods of shipping can be arranged and will incur additional shipping fees.  Email to inquire.

International Shipping

Not all products can be shipped internationally.  Please inquire via email regarding international orders

Buyer assumes all responsibility for customs fees and all other taxes and tariffs.  Buyer also takes responsibility for customs delays.  International orders are typically shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.  Note that there is usually no tracking on the order once it arrives in your country.  Seller is no longer responsible for tracking and receipt of package beyond USPS handling and tracking.  Other shipping services can be used at customer's request and will incur additional shipping fees.  Please inquire before purchase.


Customer may exchange an item under the following conditions:

1. Item must be unworn and undamaged.  Item must also be unmodified by any means.

2.Item must be in its entire original packing materials, both inner and outer packaging.

3. Item must be shipped with a delivery tracking/confirmation number.

4. Item must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date as provided by delivery carrier confirmation tracking.

5. Exchange must be pre-approved by email before the customer sends it back.


Returns are only processed for items with a manufacturing defect and procedures follow the same guidelines as exchanges.  Email to inquire.
